Opie

“I rescue senior dogs. Even in the best of health, the bigger ones need help as they get older. I found Dr. Voulgaris by a fluke. I was getting ready
to go to another rehab center in Los Angeles when someone told me about Dr. Voulgaris. I canceled my other appointment and took my 13 year
old boy who was struggling with hind-end issues to see Dr. V. Opie is a very anxious dog. He’s not easy to work with yet Dr. Voulgaris was able to
figure him out. Her evaluation techniques are remarkable. She knew what was going on before I told her. She is patient and compassionate. Her
varied therapies are a direct result of her outside-the-box thinking. Mostly she doesn’t panic when I think we’ve hit a roadblock and she doesn’t
give up. If one thing doesn’t work, she’ll try something else. I don’t think Opie would still be walking if not for Dr. Voulgaris.” –Susan Hecht

Cece

“Dr. Debra is an outside the box thinker, an intuit, has unparalleled compassion and knows her stuff. She has holistically taken care of my horses,
dogs and cats for years. As an animal rescuer, many of my animals are older, have been abused and often have mobility issues and pain…
Dr. Debra is who I go to assess, treat and tell me what I need to do. She sees things that no one else sees. She is a gift to me and to animals. I
highly recommend Dr. Debra!” –Annette Osterlund, Hidden Hills, CA

Lola

“Amy truly cares for each of her clients and gives them personalized attention. She was thorough and knowledgeable and really took her
time to make sure our bulldog Lola was comfortable in her wheelchair. When Lola began to experience discomfort in her wheels, Amy came
to our home and spent the time to make sure she was happy and running again. We are so thankful for Amy’s care, knowledge and attention.”

Stella

We consider Amy Kramer, canine physical therapist extraordinaire, to be a miracle worker!  My husband and I were literally at our wit’s end when
we encountered Amy and she agreed to do a PT assessment on our 5 year old female German Shepherd, Stella, who was not recovering well
after a surgical procedure to repair a torn ACL on her left hind leg.  Approximately 5 weeks post surgery, Stella was unable to walk more than 1/2
block without becoming too tired to go further. She was still limping when she walked and we felt she was getting worse not better as time went
by.  Fortunately for us and for Stella, Amy performed a thorough assessment and we immediately began a regimen of massage, passive and active
exercises, all designed to improve the musculature of Stella’s hind legs and hips as the musculature had deteriorated significantly due to a somewhat
prolonged surgical recovery.  Improvement was immediate! Stella is now 4 1/2 months post surgery, is walking normally and can tolerate walks of
20-30 minutes twice a day. The challenge now is to make sure she doesn’t engage in too much activity with her GS housemate as she still needs to
heal a little more prior to allowing aggressive play!  We believe Amy’s interventions were instrumental in Stella’s return to health!!! Thank you, Amy

Franny

Our young happy go lucky little French Bulldog Franny was diagnosed with menigomyelitis left her unable to use her front limbs and basically
getting around on the side of her face using her back legs only! We found Dr Kramer through the Eddies Wheels website when we decided to
get her a cart to help her regain the ability to use her front limbs. Dr Kramer came to the house and treated Franny and gave us a lot of exercises
to help get Franny to use her front limbs and she also measured her for a front wheel cart. Franny has been making gains and is starting to use
her front limbs more, she has her cart so she can go out now and take walks with us which she loves. We highly recommend Dr Kramer if your
pet ever needs help!
