Erin Bukofsky, PT, DPT
Dr. Bukofsky received her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Skidmore College in 2007. She gained a variety of experience working with animals after her undergraduate program, including studying koala husbandry in Australia, researching anteater behavior at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington D.C., interning at wildlife rehabilitation centers, and volunteering at wildlife sanctuaries and pet shelters in Southern California.
Dr. Bukofsky gained a passion for canine rehabilitation immediately after beginning work as an animal rehabilitation assistant at Dr. Kramer’s first animal rehab clinic, and left the facility after two years to pursue her physical therapy degree. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2017 and could not wait to get back to healing her furry friends.
In her free time, Dr. Bukofsky enjoys reading, relaxing by the beach, hiking along the Southern California coastline, and spending time with her favorite canines, Pippin and Willow.
